ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jen Murphy is a Boulder-based writer, editor and yogi. She was a personal trainer at Northeastern University and has practiced yoga for more than 15 years. Her column, “What’s Your Workout?”, has run in the Wall Street Journal since 2004. Her writing has appeared in Yoga Journal, Runner’s World, Outside and Men’s Health.
